Baby octopus and pork belly.

Boil the pork belly for 5 minutes, then remove and rinse.

Slice pork belly.

Blanch the baby octopus and rinse.

Add oil to the pot, over medium-low heat, and fry the pork belly until the surface is slightly browned.

Add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Leave some oil in the pot, add pork belly and small octopus, add rice wine and stir-fry.

Stir-fry evenly, then add crab-flavored mushrooms and stir-fry.

Stir-fry evenly, then add a small amount of water and cook over high heat for 2 or 3 minutes.

Cook until the water is reduced, add green and red peppers, add red oil and bean paste, stir-fry evenly, then remove from the pan and serve.
