Cut the beef tendon balls in half, soak and wash the dried radish.

Cut the broccoli into small pieces, wash and set aside.

Boil a spoonful of peanut oil under water and add broccoli. Boil for 30 seconds, remove and rinse with cold water.

Heat the peanut oil in a pan, stir-fry the beef tendon balls until fragrant, then add the radish and dried broccoli.
