-
Ingredients for wonton wrappers: flour.
-
Add water to the flour and knead into a slightly harder dough, let it rest for 10 minutes.
-
Ingredients for wonton stuffing: pork belly stuffing, carrots, fresh mushrooms, green onions.
-
Chop the fresh mushrooms, cut the carrots into thin strips, and chop the green onions into finely chopped pieces.
-
Add salt, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, steamed bun seasoning powder, ginger powder, and a small amount of water to the meat filling and mix well in the same direction. Then add cooking oil and mix well. Add chopped green onion, shredded carrots, and chopped fresh mushrooms and mix.
-
After mixing evenly, add sesame oil and mix well.
-
I took out part of it and used it as filling for wontons (I made a lot of filling, so I only used part of it).
-
Place the risen dough on the board.
-
Roll out into a large rectangular thin sheet.
-
Then divide it into equal parts of the rhombus.
-
Pick up a diamond-shaped dough piece and place the meat filling on one corner.
-
Roll up gently from top to bottom.
-
Pinch the two sides tightly and fold them in half to form wontons. Put oil in the pot, sauté the chopped green onion, pour in water and wait until it boils. Add the wontons, top with your favorite seaweed and other vegetables, and you are ready to eat.
