Spicy stir-fried black chicken
Overview
One chicken, Nami, Zhaotong and Mima, was eaten by three people. However, it felt like it was a bit too much, so when making the soup, I picked out the meaty chicken pieces such as chicken legs and chicken wings, stir-fried and ate them.

Chop the onions into pieces, mince the ginger, cut the peppers into pieces, blanch the chicken pieces and add ginger slices and cooking wine, chop the coriander, and cut the dried peppers.

The chicken pieces are submerged. If you have time, you can turn it into a casserole and simmer it slowly. Mima didn't turn it over because the baby was in a hurry to eat. Mima had something to do and was in a hurry, so she didn't use a casserole.

Simmer until the soup is reduced and add the chili cubes.

Stir-fry until the flavor is infused, season for a second time, pour a small amount of light soy sauce and the bean paste is salty, you can taste it.
