Stir-fried pork slices with mushrooms and wild rice
Overview
Wild rice is rich in fiber and is now listed as a very important ingredient in our family. I love wild rice the most. Whenever I go shopping and see one for sale, I must buy it! I fried the meat when I bought it. The inspiration for today’s dish was very impromptu. I searched the ingredients in the refrigerator and added mushrooms and carrots. It is a very nutritious dish,

Wild rice stems, sliced shiitake mushrooms

Slice garlic, cut green onions, and mince ginger

Cut the lean meat into thin slices and marinate it with cornstarch and appropriate amount of salt
