Today at noon I mixed the frozen Yangzhou dried shreds in the refrigerator. I usually make them into large boiled dried shreds! Change the way you eat it today and mix it with cucumber, carrots, and black fungus!

Wash and cut cucumber into shreds

Boil the dried shreds in water and take them out

Boil the black fungus in water, remove and shred

Boil the carrots in water until cooked and cut into shreds
