Steps
-
Put oil in the pot, a little more oil, add ginger slices and garlic (just press the garlic upside down), stir over low heat until fragrant
-
Add the green onions and continue to stir-fry over low heat until the onions, ginger, and garlic become slightly burnt.
-
Take out the burnt onion, ginger, and garlic, turn off the heat and let the oil cool down. After the oil temperature drops, add the meat filling, stir-fry over low heat until loose, and add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell of the meat.
-
Stir-fry until the meat filling is dry and crispy, turn off the heat and drain out the oil inside.
-
In another pot, add the oil, soybean paste, tomato sauce, hoisin sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic chili sauce, sugar, cooking wine, white pepper, stir-fry over low heat until no water vapor comes out, and the oil no longer makes a loud noise
-
Pour the fried pork cake into the sauce, stir-fry evenly, add cooking wine once more to enhance the aroma, stir-fry to release the water vapor, turn off the heat and add chicken essence and sesame oil
-
Pour out of the pot into cans or small bowls, refrigerate and eat from the refrigerator. Be sure to fry out the water vapor, this is the key, otherwise it will not be easy to preserve.
