Chinese food bar with Western style cooking. . . . This is the first time I tried low-temperature cooking. The normal oven temperature for roasting meat is 200-250 degrees, but this time I tried low-temperature roasting at 100-120 degrees, and it felt very good. Marinating in oil fully locks the spices in the sauce without dispersing. In addition, considering that it is roasted at a low temperature for up to 1 and a half hours, since it is marinated in oil, the meat will not be old or burnt.
