Coconut milk, red bean, three-color taro balls and sago decoction

Overview

Because I like to eat taro balls very much. The ones I eat outside are either too hard or too soft and have no texture, which is not satisfactory. This is the second time I have made it. The first time it failed. I don’t know if it was because of the flour. But I finally succeeded this time and I ate enough in one sitting! 😍😍😁😁

  6. Add sugar and tapioca flour to the taro puree, purple potato puree, and sweet potato puree respectively. If you don’t add it when the puree is hot, you need to heat the water and mix it into a ball. The texture should be non-stick✋ and can be shaped

  7. The reconstituted three-color portions are ready for later use

  8. Make the three-color dough into the shape you like. I simply make a round shape. After it is done, put water in the pot and boil it. Put the prepared taro balls into the water. After they are cooked, you can put the taro balls in cold water. The texture will improve. More QQ, boil another pot of water, pour in the coconut milk and red beans, and later add the taro balls and sago. I also left some purple potatoes and sweet potatoes and put them in. Remember to put sugar in them, and you're done✌
