Sauerkraut and pork pie
Overview
Breakfast every day is what I worry about the most. Breakfast should be delicious, simple, healthy and nutritious. And my weekly breakfast is rarely the same. This is my family's breakfast habit. This requires me to constantly think about ways to change things. For breakfast, I usually make soy milk, milk tea, corn porridge, rice porridge, etc. to drink as soup and water. The staple food is mainly pasta, and I make various pancakes, scallion egg pancakes, leek pancakes, various radish pancakes, and yeast bread, etc. I eat so much that I get tired of it more than 300 days a year! My family doesn’t have the habit of eating breakfast outside, especially in winter. It’s freezing cold and my daughter gets up early to go to school. The weather here gets very late in winter, and the sun often doesn’t officially break until after 9 o’clock. My daughter has to go out to school after 8 o’clock, and breakfast shops are often not open. I have to make breakfast for my daughter early every day. Fortunately, my daughter understands my hard work, is never picky about food, and never lets me worry about her studies. She is an excellent student every year. This sauerkraut and pork pie was inspired by the time I made sauerkraut dumplings. I thought I could also make pies. I happened to have a dumpling processor, which made it much easier to make fillings. The pies were very popular, and my daughter ate two of them. They were very appetizing.
