The specialty of my husband’s hometown. I fell in love with it after eating it at a food stall for the first time. I bought the ingredients and made it myself at home. It tastes very good

Pour oil into the pot, add dried chili pepper, onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add the braised large intestine, pig blood (or duck blood), bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms, and black fungus in order and stir-fry until fragrant

Add water or stock and bring to a boil. Add a small amount of water to the sweet potato powder and pour in. Add pepper to taste.
