Dry pot spareribs and potato slices
Overview
Make dry pot spareribs and potato slices for children. Boil the spareribs and fry the potatoes before frying. Use fragrant sauce and a little red pepper to make it slightly spicy. The spareribs are smooth and tender, and the potatoes are fragrant. The taste is better than deep-frying. It uses very little oil and the taste is not bad at all. It is a healthier way to eat, especially suitable for children.
