Stir-fried river shrimp with edamame
Overview
River shrimp is rich in nutrients, the meat is soft and easy to digest, and it can enhance human immunity. It is also a good food for children to supplement calcium. The current river shrimp is very delicious with shrimp roe. I like to fry it with edamame. My daughter likes it very much.

Wash the shrimps and trim the whiskers.

Wash the edamame kernels.

Chop garlic slices, ginger, green onion, and red pepper into cubes.

Take a bowl and mix the sauce: half a tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of salt, and a little starch.

Boil water in a pot and blanch the edamame kernels.

Add oil to the pan and sauté the ginger, onion and garlic until fragrant.
