Overview
Wontons are the most popular delicacy in the Jiangnan area, especially the favorites of Shanghainese people. They are inseparable from this wonton almost every day. Wontons are found all over the world, but the names are different in different places, and the wrapping methods are also different. I followed my father to make wontons since I was a child, and learned the wrapping method in the Jiangnan area, which is called official hat wontons. After wrapping them, they look like the hats worn by officials in ancient times!

Boil the cowpeas until cooked.
