Beef stew with radish
Overview
You can get two bags of beef brisket for free from Daily Fresh, totaling 800 grams. Just add radish and carrots to make a delicious stew. It’s so delicious!

Cut the beef into pieces and soak for 2 hours until the blood is soaked. Add cold water to the pot, blanch the foam, remove and set aside.

Prepare onions, ginger, garlic, radish and carrots and cut them into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan, add beef, onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for a while.

Then add 2 tablespoons of Haitian Doubanjiang, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Stir fry evenly.

Then add water, some more. Add about 10cm of water to the beef, then add other seasonings, cover and simmer.

Because I didn't have enough time, I didn't stew it slowly in an iron pot. I poured the meat soup into the pressure cooker and pressed it for 20 minutes.

Then wait for the pressure cooker to exhaust. Put the food into the iron pot and continue to simmer.

After the fire is on, put the white radish and carrots into the pot and add a spoonful of salt.

Stir briefly. If the water is not enough, you can add more water until the water level reaches half of the radish.

Then stew until the radish is translucent in color, and then it is ready to be taken out of the pot.
