Pumpkin, Corn and Pork Ribs Soup
Overview
A nutritionally balanced and nourishing pork ribs soup. The tender ribs, the soft pumpkin, and the corn that soaks up the soup of the ribs are all very enjoyable to eat. It warms the body and stomach, has many functions, is oil-free and maintains health.

Wash the ribs and blanch them in a cold water pot, then remove and drain.

Put bay leaves, aniseed, onion and ginger into an electric clay pot.

Put the blanched pork ribs into the electric claypot.

Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and turn on the electric cooker.

After 15 minutes, add the corn to the pot and cook.

Peel the pumpkin, wash it and cut it into cubes.

When the pork ribs are cooked until 8 or 9 minutes done, put the pumpkin into the electric clay pot.

When the ingredients are cooked, add salt and pepper and turn off the power.

Stir well and serve.
