Stir-fried chicken with pickled pepper
Overview
Stir-fried chicken offal with pickled pepper is an authentic Sichuan dish. Since the chicken offal is fishy, it needs to be paired with hot and sour pickled pepper to give the dish a texture and flavor! My daughter likes cold chicken very much, so whenever I find good local chicken, I will buy more. The chicken is cold, and the chicken offal is stir-fried with pickled peppers to enhance the flavor. However, when I make kimchi at home, I only pickle two ingredients: red pepper and young ginger. The stir-fried dish is very appetizing!
