Dried squid, dried tofu, pork, Shacha sauce, green onion, chili

Dried squid (soaked in water), dried tofu, and pork (marinated with seasonings other than Shacha sauce for 15 minutes) are all cut into thick shreds, and the chili and garlic are sliced

Heat the pan, add oil, add shredded squid, fry until cooked and set aside

In the original pot, add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant

Add pork shreds and tofu shreds, stir-fry until pork shreds turn white

Add fried shredded squid

Add 2 tablespoons of Shacha sauce and stir-fry evenly
