Every time I buy fish, after cutting the meaty part into fillets, there are still fish heads and part of the fish bones. How can I digest it without wasting it? Eat it with sour soup and spicy base, and there is a little less fish, so we use it to cook tofu soup, which is ready in more than 10 minutes.
