Prepare materials.

Wash the ribs and run them through water.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant and add two tablespoons of Laoganma black bean sauce and stir-fry.

Pour in the watered pork ribs and stir-fry evenly.

Add the diced potatoes and continue to stir-fry.
