Because I prefer spicy food, the restaurant’s version was too bland, so I tried it myself.

Prepare the ingredients, cut the onion into shreds, cut the ginger into slices, and dice the garlic (I added the garlic later)

Prepare the amount of chili peppers and peppercorns according to your personal taste. This is the key to taste

Knock off the pointed part of the screw with a hammer to expose the flesh for easy eating. Wash several times until the water is clean.
