Ingredients
Steps
-
Divide 500 g of flour into 2 equal parts.
-
Mix 250 grams of flour, 150 grams of water, 60 grams of yeast, 1.5 grams of yeast, and 15 grams of milk powder into a dough.
-
Do the same thing with the other portion, except replace 15 grams of milk flavor with 15 grams of cocoa powder. Then place it in a sealed bag to ferment, about 1 hour.
-
Let it grow to about 2 times in size, take it out, let out the air, and knead until it becomes stringy.
-
Roll out the 2 lumps of noodles as much as possible to the same size.
-
Brush the white surface with chicken oil and sprinkle with a little salt.
-
Place brown dough over white dough and roll up.
-
Cut into small pieces of about 2cm, preferably even numbers.
-
Then put the two together and press them into shape with a chopstick.
-
Perform secondary fermentation in the steamer, about 15 minutes.
-
Then steam over high heat (calculated from cold water) for about 15-20 minutes.
-
Finally, let’s take a look at the finished product.
