Vegetarian fried dumplings with Chinese cabbage

Add appropriate amount of water to the flour and knead it into a slightly softer dough, let it rest for 20 minutes and set aside.

Wash the Chinese cabbage and mash it in a food processor, squeeze out the water and put it in a basin. Chop onions and ginger and place on top of cabbage.

The wonton skin is fried and crispy. Let cool.

Chop wonton skin and set aside.

Beat the eggs and fry until cooked. Set aside.

Fry the shrimp skin in an oil pan until crispy. Pour the oil used to fry the shrimp skin on top of the chopped green onion and ginger while it is still hot.

Then add crushed eggs, crushed wonton skin, sesame oil, MSG and salt.

Mix thoroughly to prepare the dumpling filling.

Make the dumplings, roll out the dough, and wrap the dumplings with thin skin and large fillings.

Place the dumplings in a pan, pour water over them and cover them with a lid. Fry until cooked.
