Mutton and Yam Ball Soup
Overview
I made mutton and yam meatball soup today. It's the right thing to eat mutton in winter. It's very warm. Today I added a little bit of yam to the mutton stuffing. It has a very soft and glutinous texture, is very nutritious, and tastes delicious.

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients. Mix the mutton stuffing, pork stuffing, and eggs and stir evenly.
-
Cut green onions, ginger, and yam into pieces and add them to the meat filling.
-
Then add oyster sauce, chicken powder, salt and sesame oil.
-
Stir in one direction for 3 or 4 minutes until it becomes sticky.
-
Use a casserole, add water, and let the water boil over high heat.
-
Get the cabbage and vermicelli ready.
-
Use chopsticks to form into meatballs.
-
Place into the casserole one by one.
-
Then add the fans.
-
Add the cabbage and press it down as much as possible with chopsticks.
-
Cover the pot and let it boil over high heat.
-
After the pot boils, reduce the heat to low, tidy it up, and turn the meatballs on top so that the cabbage is at the bottom. There is no need to add any seasonings at this time. The flavor of the meatballs is all in the soup, which is very delicious. After finishing, you can turn off the fire. The hot casserole ball soup was served. When we finished our meal, the soup was still hot. So warm.
