Kelp mixed with yuba
Overview
Back home, my family described a cold dish. In the past, I had eaten kelp or yuba separately as cold dishes. Combining the two together with some red sausage is what my family said was delicious. Fortunately, everyone who ate it was satisfied!

Prepare the ingredients.

Soak the yuba in water first.

Add a little salt to the kelp, pinch it, rinse it with water and cut it into small sections.

Boil the water, add a little salt, boil the soaked yuba for about 1 minute and remove.

Then directly add the kelp shreds, bring to a boil and remove.

Drain the two main ingredients completely and let cool.

Add the red sausage slices, cilantro segments, and all seasonings.

Just mix it thoroughly.
