Sauce bones
Overview
This is a dish that anyone with absolutely zero cooking skills can learn. I don’t know if anyone out there likes to chew bones at home as much as I do. This dish is simple and extremely rich in flavour. Anyway, I made a big pot of it at noon today.

Pork backbone is also called keel bone. The meat on it is relatively lean and meaty. It is relatively tender and suitable for making sauce bones. Add cooking wine to water and blanch.
-
Wash it repeatedly, add sweet noodle sauce, sesame sauce and a little salt evenly, marinate it for 1 hour. Many people have cooked the bones, but they don't taste good because they are not marinated.
-
Cut green onions into sections and slice ginger
-
Get all the ingredients ready
-
Add scallions, ginger and all seasonings to the pot, add soy sauce and raw scallions
-
Add the stock that covers the keel, if there is no stock. Water instead
-
After the water boils, turn to low heat
-
I cooked this for about an hour and a half. It's already very raked, turn off the heat, and let the bones soak in the material.

Remove from pan after cooling completely. Start eating. _Great taste
