Soak clams in light salt water for two hours to spit out sand

Cut off the old roots of asparagus and peel the bottom

Cut the tofu directly into small pieces with a knife

Pinch it left and right to avoid sticking around

Wash the fans

Pour the tofu into the hot pot, shake the bottom of the pot and stir-fry gently for a minute

Add water and ginger slices and boil

Add vermicelli and asparagus and cook for one minute

Add clams and cook until they are not fully opened, add chili salt

Open all the clams, turn off the heat and remove from the pot
