【Sichuan】Sichuan Style Steamed Pork
Overview
Sichuan-flavored steamed pork filled with the flavor of hometown. It is the most popular dish on my family’s Chinese New Year table. It is glutinous and fragrant when eaten in the mouth. The rice noodles are oily, soft, tender, numb, spicy, fragrant, salty, rich in taste and rich in five flavors.

Wash and slice the pork, add minced ginger

Pour in rice noodles

Add bean paste, sugar, rapeseed oil, soy sauce, salt and five-spice powder and mix well

Add chili oil according to your own taste and stir evenly

Leave to marinate for 20 minutes

After marinating, put it in a steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, and steam for 1 hour

After serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion
