Prepare materials

Pour the milk into the milk pot, add the sugar and cook over low heat

Add almond flour and mix well, then add almond slices and cook for a while, then turn off the heat and simmer for two to three minutes

Add soaked and drained gelatine sheets and stir until melted

Add light cream and mix well

Strain out the almond slices, then add a small portion back (if you like a delicate taste, you can strain out all of them)

Put some sliced almonds at the bottom of the mold

Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving

The taste is particularly tender and smooth
