Seasoning preparation: five-spice powder, starch powder or (starch)

Material preparation: enoki mushrooms, cabbage, kelp, potatoes, carrots.

Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes the size of one cubic centimeter, and cut the kelp and cabbage into mahjong-sized pieces. Handmade meatballs (the method will be introduced separately).

For soup stock (the same as before for shredded pork noodles with pickled mustard), first add enoki mushrooms, then kelp and carrots, cook for 5 to 10 minutes, then add meatballs and potatoes, continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes, then add salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, sugar, allspice, pepper (add more), chicken juice, adjust the flavor, thicken the soup, and finally add chopped cabbage and serve.
