Chop the meat into puree, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, pepper, and five-spice powder and mix well

Add salt, light soy sauce, oil, green onions and minced ginger and mix well

Peel the green radish

Cut into thin slices of about 2-3mm, it seems I cut it a little thicker
