Making bread is really a difficult thing for me. Just like a child studying, the level is always in an unstable state, sometimes good and sometimes bad. However, this is a step-by-step process. If you don't give up or get discouraged, you will always achieve good results.

Put the flour into the bread machine, pour the sugar and salt into different corners, make a hole in the center of the flour with yeast, fill it in, and pour in the milk.

Start the machine and knead the dough. When the dough reaches the expansion stage, add the 2 types of oil and continue kneading the dough.

Wait until the dough can be pulled out of the glove membrane, then take it out to ferment.

When the dough has doubled in size, divide it into several small balls.

Sprinkle a little dry powder, use a mold to carve out flower shapes, and continue to ferment

Finally, dot the duck egg yolk in the center of the bread and bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
