Pork and cabbage stewed vermicelli

As the weather gets cooler, I crave more and more calories. This stewed vermicelli is a common dish in winter. The recipe is simple and contains both meat and vegetables. Nutritionally balanced. Still a good choice!

Pork slices. Due to time constraints, slices are easy to cook

Heat oil in a pan, add sliced meat and stir-fry until it changes color

Add dark soy sauce, onion, ginger and aniseed

Fry until the meat pieces are colored

Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer for fifteen minutes

Put the noodles soaked in advance

When the vermicelli is slightly soft, add frozen tofu and simmer for 3 minutes

Add cabbage last.

Stew until the cabbage is broken. Add salt and it's ready to go
