Materials required.

Wash the eggplant, cut it diagonally into slices with a knife, and cut each slice toward the middle without cutting off.

Arrange stuffed eggplant on a large plate.

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil. Put the eggplant in the pot and cover it tightly. Steam over high heat for about ten minutes until cooked.
