Cabbage Stewed Vermicelli

Finely chop the chilies and garlic.

A handful of vermicelli.

Prepare the fried vermicelli balls in advance and set aside.

Chop the cilantro.

Wash and cut the cabbage.

Heat a pot and add a little oil, add chili and garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add cabbage and soaked vermicelli, add salt, dark soy sauce and appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stir until the vermicelli is flavorful and soft.

Remove from the pan and serve on a plate, sprinkle with some coriander and serve.
