Beef and Lettuce Porridge
Overview
When I go to a restaurant or have breakfast when I go back to my country, most people will order beef lettuce porridge and pork cheong fun with preserved meat sauce. I can't make pork cheong fun at home, but raw beef porridge is still easy to make. I just marinate some beef and buy lettuce wraps.
