Panda Cookies
Overview
The first task in the baking journey is to make biscuits. The reason why I chose to make panda biscuits is because they look cute, my son likes them, and they taste good.

Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients needed (I forgot to beat the eggs. When will my sloppy personality change?)
-
Wait until the butter softens, then pour the sugar into the butter
-
Beat the butter and sugar with a hand mixer, add the egg liquid in two batches, beat until fully combined, divide into two equal portions
-
Divide the low-gluten flour into 90g pieces, use a strainer to put the flour and milk powder into the evenly mixed butter, stir thoroughly with a spatula and knead it into a dough
-
Pour the remaining low-gluten flour and cocoa powder into the butter, stir with a spatula to form a dough
-
Wrap the kneaded dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour to one hour
-
Roll the dough into a piece of about 3mm, press it with a panda grinder and put it into a baking pan. Adjust the oven to baking mode, adjust the upper and lower heat to 180 degrees, and preheat for 5 minutes
-
Place the laminated panda biscuits into the middle rack of the oven and heat to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
