Stir-fried beef with fresh mushrooms
Overview
Different from the strong aroma of dried mushrooms, fresh mushrooms only have a faint aroma of fungi and a smoother texture. Cats like the slippery feeling after entering the mouth. They almost don’t need to chew it. Paired with the same tender texture of beef, the two smooth ingredients are different in their own way, but they are so harmonious. It is a refreshing, delicious and nutritious dish. Come and try it if you like it.
