Tea tree mushroom, loofah and meat slices soup
Overview
Rather than frying or roasting, I prefer to use mushroom ingredients to make soup. After seeking opinions, we decided to use tea tree mushrooms to make soup. This method is generally acceptable. By the way, some black fungus was added, and the loofah was originally going to be fried. On a whim, I joined this team to add a touch of green. The water used to soak the tea tree mushrooms is not thrown away, but the clarified liquid is filtered out and boiled together in the soup to reduce nutrient loss.
