Granola crispy oats
Overview
Oatmeal is a good thing for health and weight loss, but I have never been fond of eating that kind of naked oatmeal. No matter it is soaked in milk or yogurt or added with jam, it always tastes scummy and makes my throat lumpy when I swallow it, and there is no sense of pleasure at all. I once bought the imported mixed nut cereal in the supermarket, which tasted many times better than naked oatmeal. However, after being stored in the supermarket for a long time, I always felt that the nuts had a special smell of HAO (Shanghai dialect means the smell of food due to moisture). Thinking that summer is just around the corner, you must not slack off in your weight loss project. Delicious oatmeal is a perfect substitute for dinner, and you can’t stop eating it as a snack💃🏻

Granola cereal is fragrant and crispy. Mix it with yogurt and milk to make a nutritious and power-packed breakfast. It beats Pret’s cereal yogurt🤘🏻 (it’s also delicious when eaten dry^_^)
