Braised mutton
Overview
Every winter, I eat a lot of mutton, stew soup, grill skewers, or add some cabbage, vermicelli and chili sauce are all good, and of course there is Lao Geng's favorite braised pork, just add some green onion, ginger, and some soy sauce, simple method, very delicious!

Peel the radish and cut into thick slices, cut the green onion into sections, and slice the ginger.

Add the processed radish and green onions to the mutton, add water and turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes.

Wash the blanched mutton and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry onion and ginger.

Add the lamb and stir-fry for a few seconds.

Add dark soy sauce and stir well.

Add beer again, the amount of beer should cover the mutton. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer until the mutton can be inserted easily with chopsticks.

Add light soy sauce, salt, and rock sugar, then use high heat to remove the soup and sprinkle some garlic leaves.
