Soybean-roasted elbow cubes
Overview
Soybeans and pork knuckles are rich in nutrients and contain more protein. You sweat more in summer, so you need to take appropriate supplements. No matter how hot the weather is, my little snack food can’t stop me from eating meat. In order to save time and taste, I changed the knife and chopped the pork knuckles into pieces.

Steps
-
Chop the pork elbow into large pieces and soak it in water to remove the blood.
-
Put cold water peppercorns and cooking wine in the pot, add elbow cubes and bring to a boil, then cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and wash with warm water.
-
Soak the soybeans in advance to swell, and prepare other ingredients for later use.
-
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add water, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and bring to a boil.
-
Pour into the pressure cooker, add the elbows, put the soybeans on the valve, and press the steam for another 8 minutes and turn off the heat.
-
After it cools down slightly, open the lid, pour it into the pot and cook until soft. Try adding a little salt and MSG to reduce the sauce.
-
Take it out of the pan and plate it up.
