Prepare materials.

Add yeast and warm water to the pastry flour and mix into a dough. Add oil to the puff pastry flour and mix into a dough.

After rising for 30 minutes, wrap the pastry with dough.

Roll it out into a large piece and fold it twice toward the center as shown.

Roll it out again and divide it into several parts. I divide it into 3 parts, one part is sprinkled with sugar, one part is sprinkled with pepper and salt, and one part is sprinkled with sesame sauce and sesame salt.

Cut two rolls from the middle and cut each roll into small portions.
