Mashed Potato Pancakes

Overview

I wanted to make taro cakes, but found that I only had sweet potatoes at home, so I used them. It tastes good, fragrant and sweet. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, you can’t stop 😂

  5. Add more sugar, a little salt, a little milk, and glutinous rice flour and mix evenly into a thick paste. You can also add a little more glutinous rice flour to shape it into a ball. For personal taste, I like not to add so much flour and eat more sweet potatoes. So it's just a thick paste.

  6. Dig a big spoonful of mashed potatoes, sandwich it between two biscuits🍪, and tidy up the corners (you can also feel free to eat it by yourself after all).
