Arctic Shrimp Braised Tofu
Overview
Arctic shrimps are not big, and the main products sold in China are cooked Arctic sweet shrimps. After the lively sweet shrimps are caught, they are immediately pre-cooked, graded, frozen, and packaged on the boat. The entire processing process takes less than half an hour, which fully guarantees the freshness of the shrimps. Each Arctic shrimp is about the same size, with a larger head and a very special paste in this part, one by one, a bit like crab larvae. The meat is delicious, sweet and chewy. Fatty combines Arctic shrimp and tofu to make a stew. The tofu absorbs the umami flavor of the Arctic shrimp, making it very delicious.

Arctic shrimp thawed.

Remove the shrimp.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Cut ham into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger to the pan.

Add ham cubes.

Stir fry until fragrant.

Add tofu and stir-fry a few times.

Add the remaining onion, ginger, water and salt and stir-fry evenly.
