Tomato Beef Soup
Overview
Last week, my mother brought back a lot of vegetables from her hometown, including beans, tomatoes, and small peppers. They were all grown at home. Although they didn’t look very good, they tasted really good. I happened to have some beef at home, so I made tomato beef soup~

Rinse the beef in clean water for 15 minutes.

Cut into small pieces, blanch them to remove the blood, add salt, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, Sichuan peppercorns and aniseed, and marinate for about 5 hours.

Peel and shred the ginger, chop the green onions, chop the onions, peel and cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Pour oil into the pan.

While the beef is cooking, peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into cubes to prepare a thick soup.

Add potatoes and carrots to pot.

Put a thick soup treasure and continue to cook until the beef and potatoes become soft, which will take about 1 hour.

Serve cooked tomato beef soup.
