Prepare the shrimp

Clean the shrimps, cut off the tails, pick out the shrimp lines, clean them, add cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes, cut the lotus roots into thin slices, whole garlic heads, cut celery stalks into 3cm sections, and cut the ginger into shreds
