Sophora japonica crepe wontons
Overview
The crepe here is actually rolling out the wonton skin thinly again. After the wontons are cooked like this, you can see the slightly green sophora flowers peeking out from under the thin skin. It is delicious and elegant.

Materials are ready.

Wash and remove the shells, devein the shrimps and pat them into puree;

Mix the shrimp paste into the pork filling;

Add eggs, sophora japonica, minced ginger, chopped green onion, oil and salt;

Stir evenly, wash and drain the sophora flowers, do not add too much water to the meat filling;
