Fruit black tea biscuits
Overview
Two days ago I shared with you additive-free purple sweet potato biscuits and spinach biscuits, and today I will share with you a fruit black tea biscuit. I choose black tea with a fruity flavor, so that the biscuits taste and have a fruity aroma. If you don’t have fruit black tea, ordinary black tea will do. Note that it must be ground into powder before use.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soften the cream and beat into a paste. Add powdered sugar and stir evenly. Add egg yolk and stir evenly again. Sift in flour, almond powder and black tea powder and mix evenly.
-
Place the mixed biscuit dough in the refrigerator until ready to use.
-
Roll out the refrigerated cookie dough into thin slices. Cut out biscuits using molds.
-
This time I used a bone-shaped mold, which is very cute. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees and bake for 22 minutes.
