Overview
Sheep tripe is sweet and warm in nature and flavor. It can replenish deficiency and strengthen the stomach, and treat symptoms such as fatigue, irritability and heat in the hands and feet, frequent urination and excessive sweating.

Soak the vermicelli in water for more than half an hour

Cut the lamb tripe into shreds. I bought the cooked lamb tripe.
